One of 3 Kephali children that washed up on the shores of Mysseria 5 years ago after a great storm. In her mad grief, Lian saw them as her lost children & claimed them. Her desire shaped them into their current forms and they have long forgotten their true origins. Just as Lian is devoted to them, they are devoted to her. Since Kephali age a bit slower than normal, they are currently the equivalent in age to 11 year old Humani children.
Baisan is a little bit smaller than his sisters and tends to get into less mischief. He loves to swim & to climb though. His favourite shapeshifting forms are an otter or a squirrel.
