Adrien Adrien (a.k.a. The Lead)

Holding himself close in the deafening silence of his house, he swallowed thickly, looking down at his hands. They were stained a brilliant crimson and sticky from the drying liquid. Burying his face in his knees, he felt a creeping running up his throat, before it poured from his lips in the form of a sobbing yell. Shivering in place, he picked up his phone, the red spots on the screen making him stop and stare. His lips trembled and shook, before he opened the text from the contact 'Gracie Baby'. Staring numbly at the words, he couldn't seem to make it out through the wetness welling in his eyes, and he let out a gasping sob. Suddenly, it rang in his hand, and he jumped. Hitting the answer button, he sniffed hard as Grace's worried voice swept over him. "Adrien!?" She cried on the other line, hearing him crying on the phone. "Gracie... I did a bad thing." His eyes swept over the practically destroyed room again, lingering on the still figures on the floor. There was a pause from the line, and he thought she hung up for a second. "What did you do, Adrien?" She breathed. "I killed them." He cried. "My family, I killed them!"

Personal history

Adrien grew up in a resentful family. His family gaslit him into thinking that they loved him, even though several times in his childhood they locked him out of the house and refused to feed him properly. His brother always beat him up (not playful sibling fighting; his brother would beat him until he couldn't move), resulting in him becoming incredibly defensive around bullies. When he went into middle school, he got into fights a lot. When Auden left him and Grace, the abuse only got worse until he wasn't living in his house anymore. When he came back to get somethings, his brother attacked him, threatening him with a knife. Trying to take it away from him, Adrien and his brother struggle until his brother is accidentally stabbed in the gut. This caused a break in Adrien, who went on to kill his drunk adulterer of a father and physically abusive mother. Grace was helping dispose of the bodies when the police busted in and shot Adrien through the heart, killing him instantly.
