Eenso

The Eenso are a smaller race of the Diphrins, ranging from anywhere between 4'8" (142cm), to 5'7" (170cm). Their skin color and appearance varies on the Communes on which they thrive, but can range from a light tan to dark brown.
Eensos often live in the Ten Stellar Communes, found in southern Rysia, where they uphold a democratic communism.

Accredited Universal Institutions

Accredited Institution is the adopted culture that the institutions in, which society is given, are an accredited right to the whole of society; each institution of education, healthcare, and security is imposed by an absolute democracy, so to make sure the proclaimed "silent majority" are never silent again. It was observed during the first post-world communes, after the collapse of the authoritarian rule of the Rysian government.

Defective Civility

Crime is never assumed to be the product of sadism. When a crime is committed, a right is given to the citizens of the commune to receive access to psychiatric care. If there is none, then the community as a whole is responsible for the psychiatric care of the criminal, if the criminal so chooses. If the criminal refuses psychiatric care, they will be rushed to trial. In the event of more severe crimes, such as murder and rape, they are both detained, but also given psychiatric help if ever requested. In doing so, if a criminal has revealed progress not only at the approval of the psychiatric specialist, but also by the community, they are reintegrated into the commune.

Right To Leave

The right to leave is gifted to any individual(s) who choose to do so. A commune may not stop an individual or individuals from leaving, and if does so, will be considered hostile by the rest of the Collection, and exiled from the Collective Senate.
