The sun is most commonly believed to be a god endlessly circling Sillia and admiring her beauty. However, other beliefs are that the sun is a giant prison meant to trap Són, an evil god in the Pelaganic religion.

Myth

It is said that if you light a fire and jump into it, it will transport you to the sun. This is not true; you will get seriously injured and possibly die. No one knows where this myth comes from.

The sun is the size of a quarter. This myth originates from ancient times; when you look up at the sun in the sky, it appears to be the size of a quarter.
