Prompt 28: Bravepoint

Bravepoint is a town stuck in the middle of some dangerous land. Nestled deep in the Forsaken Hills were even the dead don't find rest. Here brave men and women work to tame a land afflicted with the worse curses imaginable. A place I tend to take a wide berth even if I'm foolish enough to be in that region. - Ace Cardia

The town of Bravepoint has survived many hardships since it's founding. One of the early settlements that had to survive bad weather, food shortages, bandits, and even one very deadly outbreak. Throughout it all it always built it's self back from every hardship that befell it.

Demographics

It is made up of mostly humans though some beast races of settle nearby and have been helping with some of the work in the area.

Government

The Sheriff: The sheriff runs the town of Bravepoint with a gun in his hand and a few deputies at his back. When things get bad he will deputies every member of the town to deal with any threats to their lively hood.
The Banker: The second most powerful person in the town. Handles the money of the town and makes sure to collects taxes to send off to the governor of the region. He also helps fund a lot of the rebuilding and growth of the town.
The Madam: The heart of the settlement and the one who keeps the town going. Owner of the only saloon in town and even takes charge of any medical needs. Key to maintaining the health and morale of the townspeople.

Infrastructure

They have a few roads for transport and an old mine that they use to dig out draxi. They have a watermill set up not far from town and their own personal forge.
