Prompt 22: Hunter's Guild Headquarters

The Hunter's Guild headquarters is stationed in the city of Debara. Here those seeking to join come to gain their licenses and take their first step to prove themselves with the hunter trials. This is also where most of the bigger bounties are approved and sent out to other guilds stationed around the edge.
This is also were hunter's of old are honored and can be given respect. A place where hunters from all around can spend time with a drink and tell the stories of their adventures to other hunters and those just wanting to get a taste of the life.

Purpose / Function

It was first established as the first hunter's guild and was the place where those choosing to be hunters would pick up jobs. Here a hunter can pick up the latest bounties, hear of the dangerous beast roaming the land, or about expeditions needing skilled relic hunters.

Alterations

Original the building was a small building similar to a pub where you can get drinks. Though over time additions were added to it to serve other purposes. First was adding rooms for hunters to crash when they stop into town rather than paying for a room at an inn. Then storage to house basic a equipment that hunters would need for missions, which was managed by a quartermaster.
Offices were added later to handle the day to day business and to have a place workers could look over bounty and job requests. It also had a trophy room installed where some of the beast and relic hunters can show off their accomplishments.

History

The building was once an old pub that was going out of business till the Cardia family invested into it. Their plan was first to create a place that catered to many of the hired gunmen seeking places to drink that didn't shun them from the type of work they did.
Ace would later take the helm of things when he pushed to establish a guild where hunters of all kinds could meet and share stories. In some time it would become a hub for many who hunted across the edge. Ace would then create the first hunter bullet that would be a symbol for hunters from a bullet that nearly took his life. Thus the old pub would become the home of the hunter guild.
Turning the place from being just a place to relax after a good hunt, to the place you could pick up new work that has been vetted. This allowed more hunters not to lose their lives on a job that was shady.
