Chant of Fear

Chant of fear causes deep fear in others. This allows the user to put the fear of death into others. They can also see the greatest fears of others and harness that as power.

It instills great fear into others and allows the user to feed off that to empower herself.

It can be rather draining to the user.

A creep aura forms around the user causing individuals to see their worst nightmares.
