Hydrolon

A massive, man-made obelisk built at the very center of the floating city of New Haven. While being said to be created by TerraCore, much of its design and base materials were taken from a sunken city found in the Mediterranean Sea and re purposed to be larger and more efficient than the original. This artifact was created to protect the home that was being built as a sanctuary for Divers around the world, and for that, was once a target for theft and espionage to learn how to recreate it or use it for other means.

Those whom have researched the origins of this artifact have inferred that it was taken from a civilization that once lived underneath the Mediterranean Sea, some even going far enough to question how many more of these artifacts can be found in other sunken cities elsewhere.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Through the absorption of mana from a multitude of sources, the Hydrolon is able to keep the massive city, New Haven afloat and relatively safe from catastrophe within the Atlantic Ocean. With the use of amplifiers and advanced casting systems spread along the inner workings of the floating city, the Hydrolon is able to automatically activate a several unique spells thought to be found in the sunken city where the obelisk's origins are tied to.

Manufacturing process

The secret of manufacturing this massive automated casting structure is currently one of the most well kept secrets in the world with the artifact rising to a place within the wonders of the world, it is sought after constantly by various countries and guilds for this very reason.
