Chapter 21 - Double Dragon

General Summary

"The party embraced themselves, being near the door way to the monstrous Turot the Two-Headed. What awaited them would be a test to their true might and cunning..."
...To which the party completely demolished. Indeed, though Turot tried to be terrifying, Wulfric charged the creature in a rage and sliced her up into pieces. Slytoff shot magic missiles. Before the party knew it, the battle was over, and Wulfric was covered in the blood of the two-headed nemesis. The party collected a horde of treasure, and Riley recovered the Mirror Shield. They also found a teleporter in the cavern.   Through the teleporter, the party returned to Kirkwall, where Gorgeth and Charles Sherwood were waiting. They immediately attacked. Wulfric once again raged, but Charles Sherwood banished him to the Nine Hells. Charles Sherwood called upon the magic of Tiamat to boost Gorgeth's power, but Slytoff used a reduce spell to shrink the dragon, and the party ganged up on it. Charles kept healing the dragon. Riley tried to attack Charles to release Wulfric from the Nine Hells, but the cleric kept his focus. Riley declared Tiamat as a heretical goddess. Evidently, it would be Gilliam who slew Gorgeth, and then Gilliam flew over to stab Charles to death.   With the party having slain two dragons in a period of 30 minutes, they earned a grand title. The citizens of Kirkwall praised the party for their accomplishment, and Lord Millerstone said they were worthy of becoming dragonlords. He suggested the party to travel to Ebenwald, to claim their title of Dragonlord from the king, and get proper payment for what they have done. The party would return to Morgesk, and Morgesk vowed he would assist Lysandus for their war, and he flew the party to Miweck to reclaim their horses. Then, the party continued to Ebenwald.
