Air Travel

Getting There
  • Chicago is served by two airports: O'Hare and the smaller Medway
  • O'Hare is one of the largest and busiest airports in the world
  • Regular passenger flights, with their risk of delays letting daylight overtake a night flight, are very dangerous
  • Private aircraft are better, or sealed cargo containers in a freight plane
Getting Around
  • Many of Chicago's skyscrapers have rooftop helipads, with many corporate and private helicopters flying about the city
  • Helitaxis are available, charging $120 for any ride, regardless of distance
