She was a pretty influential figure in the Great Terrorist War... after all, she did start it.
Basically a psychopathic control freak who's empty inside and tries to fill that emptiness with revenge, power and blood but then also has extreme intelligence and knowledge of things like coding and technology that mean she can actually end up doing some dangerous stuff.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Generally very physically fit as she keeps herself in good shape (imagine how many situations being in good shape is useful for when you lead a terrorist organisation where half the members hate each other and you), literally everything that you would be able to see from behind her if she was nude is absolutely covered in scars from that explosion, has some artificial muscles and tendons as well as spinal links due to the medical treatment she got for her injuries.

Scars across the edges of her cheeks and a piece of her left ear missing. Grey eyes aren't that common but eh. She usually wears a rabbit mask so most don't get to see either.
Identifying Characteristics
After starting the war she got herself 4 tattoos of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Disease, Famine, War and Death. They're all oriented around her many, many scars.
Physical quirks
Walks with a slight limp and became left-handed despite being born right-handed due to a small piece of debris in her right elbow that caused pain whenever she used her right arm. This debris was removed when she was 16 but by then her left hand is fully dominant.

Apparel & Accessories
In her government work, she just wears a normal grey uniform. When doing terrorist jazz, she wears a white rabbit mask and black over everything else, usually with armour of some kind.

She has a device that she uses to get past security that she stole from Dr Jimothy that creates DNA, human eyes and fingerprints etc to trick security systems before breaking them down again.

Personal history
8-year-old Mary sure had a fun time watching as her entire town was blown to smithereens by the CHG Military Police laser strike. This laser strike had been fired because some pirates that had fled from combat with the Military Police thought that the CHG wouldn't seriously murder ~50,000 civilians to get ~200 pirates and were very wrong. Mary and her friends happened to be playing in forests near the town and so all they got was a tonne of debris flung at them, killing 2 of her friends and injuring both her and the survivors. She was facing away from the explosion as it happened and so got a tonne of things lodged in her back and scars at the edges of her cheeks, neck, torso sides and other general sides.
She and the other surviving children were picked up and, after receiving limited medical attention, were flung right into those orphanages where the CHG was doing the population program. Her friends were all sent to different orphanages and foster homes to her cos screw the mental health of the next generation. Anyway other kids bullied the hell outta her, except that this is kids who outnumber the adults 100 to 1 and are completely neglected and haven't had a concept of empathy properly demonstrated to them bullying so "bullying the hell outta her" includes multiple near-death experiences and actions that would land any adult years in prison.
She was eventually flung into the hands of her older cousin Karen Larisse, who of course used her as a drug mule and tried to get Mary addicted to force her into a position of reliance where snitching wasn't an option but Mary would quite simply pretend to take the drugs without doing so, having seen the effects that this much stronger future stuff had on the customers she was forced to deliver and sell to.
Once she was outta there at 15 (legal minimum age for her to up 'n' out) and unknowingly carrying fertility nanobots in her bloodstream, she got into the CHG military in computer stuff as she'd stolen some electronic devices while in foster care and figured out how they worked. After some promotions due to her expertise, she got into the areas where she got to find out about stuff that pretty much nobody else gets to know. After learning about how she'd been pumped up with nanobots, that it was the CHG that had done the laser strike and that most of the children who'd tormented her in the orphanages were created by the CHG, she decided she would get revenge and remake the Human Empire to be how she wanted it to be.
She created the Great Terrorist Organisation over the next few years within the CHG government, with its members actively getting one another promoted so that they could have more internal power. However, it quickly became clear that they couldn't penetrate the highest levels of government to take over and so they went with plan B: civil war. They created and helped add to the numbers of numerous rebel and terrorist groups across the CHG, making sure to take and keep control of them in the process while giving their members minimal information and making them think that the rebels/terrorists in other groups wanted the same things as them (this was not the case, with there being Fascist groups at the same time as Communist groups and other major differences in how they wanted the CHG to change being present). Once their numbers were built up enough and their members decently trained, she pulled what's called a pro-gamer move.
She helped get the Private VR Net released in the Horus ring and then proceeded to have everyone who put a headset on in or near the Horus Ring trapped in the VR Net and taken hostage. Tonnes of money was borrowed in the name of the hostages and then transferred into terrorist accounts to be used to buy weapons. Next a deal with the Blue Army General was carried out and 180ed when she didn't pay for the weapons he very illegally sold them and instead killed him and his bodyguards (her own bodyguards helped) before making deals with numerous pirate groups to help her out. Then she leaves the CHG government with most of her "in the government" supporters (others stay behind as spies and stay secret) to more easily run the war.
Stuff happens from there but that's basically how one of my books starts and I ain't a fan of spoilers.

Well, here's the thing with having no good moral role models for the latter half of your childhood: it can lead to a warped perception of morality. Yeah she's all about self-elevation and is after rulership of all of humanity, with everyone else just being a chess piece in the 13 seperate games of 5D chess she's playing all at once to get there.
