Earth - The Reality Altering Machine

After years of toiling away in an unknown and equally secretive location, the Number known as 13 finally finished his life’s work: the so-dubbed Reality Altering Machine. Capable of bending the fabric of reality to its whim, the RAM, as it was beginning to be called, was extraordinary. Able to manipulate time, space, history, and almost anything one could think of, what cinched it was that its massive power drain was basically negated through clever use of a very brief expedition using it to grab an unlimited power source from an offshoot future. The RAM is best used with two people, as one brain can be overwhelmed very quickly and drive its user to madness. Ideally, one of them should also know how to navigate the RAM, as its overwhelming complexity can be greatly simplified with a guide. Though 13 invented it, he never used it; he deemed it too dangerous. While his granddaughter was taught how to use it, she never got the chance to, and it ended up in the hands of Four and Two. Suffice to say, it was used rather nefariously despite its intended purpose being to create a utopia.
