Whistmoar

Whistmoar is a city within Lewis and Clark County, Montana, United States and is the 4th largest city in the state, according to the 2020 U.S. Census, with a population of 55,293. 
Originally founded as Whist & Moar Mining Camp in the summer of 1861, it was established as the City of Whistmoar in June of 1864. Due to the plentiful deposits of gold, copper, and access to the mountain spring/fed lake of REDACTED that supplied both the city and the surrounding agriculture, it was a fast growing and prosperous city that boasted a significant amount of the wealth the state had to offer and still does to this day.
The city boasts the Whistmoar Academy, a private and prestigious preschool to pre-college preparatory school, and the Whistmoar University whose primary focus is on Law, Social Sciences, Geology, as well as Paleontology. Both of which were founded by the founding families of Whist and Moar in the years 1880 and 1882 respectfully. These families then went on to found Whistmoar General hospital in 1895, then Whistmoar Theater in 1902, Whistmoar Museum, and many, many other such community driven enterprises that bear their names.
The whole of the city is done in a mix between Victorian, Greco Roman, and later on Art Deco styles, and has kept this cohesiveness with strict laws in place for the building, planning, and layout of each block so that not a thing sits out of place. Far from stunting the growth of the city, it has allowed a niche construction company to take hold and thus created a far cheaper and easier avenue than there otherwise would be. This has led to Whistmoar being known as a sort of architectural oddity among such circles that study such things, with many buildings from the early days of its existence are counted as historical sites and seen as almost pieces of art.
