Known around Cereta for her sweet milk wine and the poems masterfully calligraphed by her children, the honor-bound Helbarnese. Helbertz is a lady that is capable of being splendidly beautiful or graceful in any season. However, she usually put on her best outfit in the midst of late spring. where the vast majority of the flowers have fully bloomed, coloring her cities with such bursting colors that can be mistaken for a scene out of a pastel painting. Combined with the rich and warm ray of the sun and the cool shade of shadow, the scenery of a Helbarnese street will certainly impress any Abremen with even any type of color blindness.
Just like any decoration on an elegant dress suitable for the fairest lady on Cereta. Her flowers solely couldn't make Helbertz beautiful. It is mainly accompanied by Helbertz's unique and elegant buildings and architectural style and that shapes her beauty. despite its modern looks, Architecture crafted by the Helbarnese is designed to be intuned with nature. Which without the help of their superior Designer's Seeds, the architecture they have now is unachievable by any means possible. Although all regions in Cereta and all of the towns and cities that made up those regions ( with the exception of some tiny community that has overly obsessive religion ), despite their technological advancement have applied the Designer's seed to their architecture, none can come close to the quality of the Helbarnese's seed. Believed to be the birthplace of The Designer's seeds, seeds of decorative plants that after generation of selective breeding have achieved the natural shapes and unreplicable details more complex than any manmade decoration. There are seeds that can grow into intercrossing white vines that will only Bloom flowers on a specific place and a specific time. The quality of their seeds is not the only gap that separates them from other region's seed however, It is their mindset on construction over all that pushes them forward. The Helbarnese believed their buildings should be raise like how they raise a tree, unlike most other region which add the seeds after their building have been completed, the Helbarnese plant their designer seeds as soon as the foundation for the building was installed, making the site look more like a small garden rather than a construction area. 
Making most buildings in the region, Even if Mikalis forbade the flower in Helbertz from ever blooming, the architecture would still blend wells with the surrounding flowerless nature without losing its charm.
