Dragon Kingdom (R'u)

The Dragon Kingdom, also known as R'u in dragon tongue, is a country with many mountains and is located up north in the Eastern Continent of Centurion. The borders are marked by rivers like the East River.   The most known places in the Dragon Kingdom are the Dragon Temple, the Dragon Arena, the Challenge Tower, the Dim Mountains and a city called Kintown close to the East River.

Structure

In the Dragon Kingdom, the queen of the dragons who is an elf speaks for the dragons as she‘s one of the few who can fluently speak dragon without being either a dragonian or a drakonian. As a powerful mage, she makes sure there‘s always peace between her people and the dragons and that the dragons are always satisfied by organizing daily food offerings, worship schedules, etc.

Public Agenda

The goal of the bond between the people of the Dragon Kingdom and the dragons is to have the dragons as their powerful allies to overthrow other kingdoms in the Eastern and Western Continent. Slaves would be freed to convert them into their religion and the enemies would be offered to the dragons as food. At the same time, the dragons can profit from not having to do much to get what they want.

History

Long time ago, when people from various races and places gathered to live in peace, they first decided to set up one of their first settlements next to the East River. What they didn‘t expect was they stepped into the hydras territory, one which the dragons wanted to claim for a while as well. When the hydras saw the group of people, they immediately targetted them and were about to eat them but just as they got distracted, the dragons could strike back, getting the opportunity for a surprise attack from above. Some hydras were killed on that day but most of them fled in defeat. The people thanked the dragons for saving their lives and in return, the dragons appreciated the distraction they provided to extend their territory. Since the dragons could speak common, they could come to an agreement that the people could have their settlement as long as they honor the dragons and keep them satisfied. And so, they named their first settlement in the Dragon Kingdom Kintown.
