The Prime Nucrana

The Nucranians of the Nucrana republic are very conscious of order. The head of their republic is thePrime Nucrana.
To them the Prime Nucrana is to help keep this order, which is to keep the balance between wants and needs.

Prime Nucrana or First is the voted into position every 20 years. Many times if the First has done his/her job well they will be voted back in. A Elf can only be Prime Nucrana for three terms or a maxim of 60 years. A few times the chosen First at the time will take themselves out of the running for personal reason. There have been a few occasions that the Prime Nucrana has to be removed from their place by the Prime council due to illegal activities, unable to do their job, or found to be corrupt. To remove the Prime Nucrana it takes evidence and vote from the Prime council.
The Prime Nucrana is to be an example of the people, to be the leader, to keep help keep and form diplomatic relations with the other lands, governments and kingdoms.

Qualifications

Must be at least 35 years old. Been on the Prime council at least once. Prime council terms are 10 years. Be native and elf of Nucrana. Have no criminal record. Must be able to read.

Appointment

Voted in to the position by the representatives of the people of Nucrana that are under the Nucrana republic.

Duties

Prime Nucrana is to help relationships between Nucrana republic and the other kingdoms and governments of the world. Prime Nucrana is also to help keep the Prime Council under control. To help the people. Upkeep the laws that have been written. Review old laws to see if they are still relevant. To enact or reject new laws that the Prime Council had set forth.

Responsibilities

Prime Nucrana day to day activities include many meetings. With other diplomats, and Prime Council. Lots of reading of documents and reviewing old laws.
