Slirene Kingdom culinary traditions

Slirene kingdom, which lies in the southwest of Efren. The kingdom is made up of elves, with maybe a few shifters and halves. The Slirene kingdom is in some of the most fertile land in Efren and their temperature are mild to warm which is great for growing great verity of plants. Along with their fruits they have many herds of fouls and bovine that are around.   With the bounteous fruits in the area the Slirene have become well known for their use of fruits in all meals of the day. They use fruits in both savory and sweet dishes. There are many dishes that use foul or bovine meat with many different fruits.   For their first meal of the day most have small tarts that have either just fruit or meat and fruit. Because many work in the fields or vineyards the workers end up taking a meat pie with dried fruit.   One of their most famous dishes that they are known for is a pie that is both savory and sweet using the same fruit. The pie is split by a row of small breads. The meat usually is a foul of some kind.   The Slirene sweets are also well known and some of the most sought after all over the world. There are many that come to learn from the Slirene bakers and chefs their secrets. Although some of the dishes are hard to make and come by due to the fact that the ingredients are unavailable outside of Slirene.   The Slirene king is a famous bread that can be duplicated because of its use of dried candied fruits. Slirene king is a bread that is packed with many dried candied fruits. The bread is formed into 6 strand plait. Once it has been baked the top is decorated with pieces of the the fruits that are inside. This bread is made and eaten during festivals and celebrations of the royal family.
