Rings of Eulonith religion

The Eulonith religion is an older religion among the shifters of Efren. It is a religion that believes in a single god, with a hierarchy of minor gods. Their main teachings revealed around virtues, belief and nature. The teachings come from a translated book that supposedly given to the shifters by the daughter of god. With in this book was given the steps for salvation There was many different symbols, carvings and temples all highly decorated and elaborately decorated.   The Eulonith religion use to be very prevalent till about 200 years ago. When the elven kingdoms of Aeqular, Slirene and Zakido pressured the shifters to adopt their religions. Each kingdom demanding them to convert to which religion was the main religion of the kingdom. Some were more ruthless in this endeavor. Due to this and persecution the religion almost died out.   The leaders of the Eulonith were forced to watch as their temples were taken away and used for other purposes or even other religions. So the leaders decided to go into hiding in the many forest of the lands. While in the forests they found new temples and worked out a new way to keep their teachings and beliefs. They continued to teach anyone that would listen and to help with teachings they created simple rings.   These rings served two purposes. One to remind the shifters of their commitment and second to identify others that also belief. These rings are bronze in color and are engraved on both the inside and the outside. The inside hold the Eulonith commandments written in a short hand. The outside is a simple engraving of a step pyramid with a crown sitting at the top.
