Nucrana police

Nucrana police force is the law enforcing organization with in the Nucrana Republic. Each city, town and village with in the republic have a police force.
The cities are broken down into areas called districts. Each district have a carabiniere who is in charge, runs the office and spoke elf to the people. They also work with the other districts’ carabiniere. The offices have workers who handle the filing and any scheduling. Next there are the detectives, which are Head detectives, detective and junior detective. Lastly there are the officers and neighborhood officers. The detectives are the ones that handle the murders, organized rings and such. The officers and neighborhood officers are the ones that handle disruptions, protect the public. The neighborhood officers have small offices that are in the neighborhood that they are assigned to. The neighborhood officers are the most visible to the public.
In towns the organization is about the same just much smaller and may only have two to three districts where cities have 15 to 20 districts. Villages are where it differs. They normally have only one district one carabiniere, one or two detectives, and several officers. No neighborhood officers. Also their office staff is usually only one or two workers.
The Nucrana Republic have two central schools for the training of their police force. Each officers has to go through six years of training then extra for detective, and carabiniere. Many start as officers or neighborhood officers for a few years and then get the additional training for being a detective or carabiniere. The office workers also get training but it is much less than those that are apart of the force. The Nucrana Republic has very strict guidelines and punishments for how the police force is to operate. Every one hundred years the Republic looks at the guidelines and revises them if needed. Each city, or town have a separate organization in place to put forth the punishments if needed. The villages rely on a near by town or city for that if the need arises.
