The book “Beigshak Essential Slirene cookbook” is authored by a famous Slirene cook, Ievis Beigella and a famous Slirene baker, Teriani Shakalyn.   The book has in it all the famous, common and specialty Slirene dishes and baked goods. Ievis Beigella and Teriani Shakalyn included in the book tips and tricks with each recipe to help even the newest cook or baker to succeed in making it. There is also a section on trouble shooting the many common problems that arise. This book is currently on its third printing run. It has been translated into at least three other languages and has one print run on the Owhua continents. It is hard pressed to find someone in the Slirene kingdom that doesn’t have the cookbook. It is a very popular wedding gift.   The recipes range from Fruited bread, tarts, and split pies to Sauces for meats, and meat dishes.   Here are some examples of the recipes.   The Slirene king- a sweet fruited bread. Ingredients: 3 cups flour 2 tbs of yeast 1 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs (best if from the Slirene duck) 4 cups of dried candied fruits. Any mix will do but Ubage, Allarian Iople, blueberry, golden berry and goose berry are suggested.   Ubage tart- a breakfast tart. Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup flour 1 cup butter pinch of salt 1/4 cup sugar 3 Ubage cut into slices Ubage jam The Iople, beef, and leak split pie- one of the more popular split pies. Ingredients: pie crust dough plus extra for the split. 3 Iople 1/2 beef 2 leeks 1 Slirene pepers salt to taste Sp spice mix. Eocado and allarian spicy meat sauce- That goes with almost any meat. Ingredients: 3 cups of Eacado 1 allarian 1tablespoon of dragon spice, Allari, garlic, Slirene peppers, surprise ginger, and dark pepper.
