“Gift of the Crystal passions.”

Lycano Dayarm’s mosaic “Gift of the Crystal passions” is known all over the world. The mosaic was a gift to a long time friend and patron Kenia Sarwarin, who was a princess of the Slirene kingdom.   The “Gift of the Crystal passions” is six panel mosaic. Each panel is ten feet tall and six feet wide. Each panel shows a different couple, the first showing the tale of a guard handing the Crystal necklace to the first princess. The next four are of other couples that passed the Crystal passion on to their loved one. The last one is of Kenia Sarwarin receiving the necklace form her husband.   Lycano traveled to the Slirene kingdom on Efren to create this masterpiece. The mosaic is located in what use to be the personal residents of the royal family. The hall is now a place of pilgrimage. Not only for the mosaic but for the many other pieces of art and treasures, such as the Crystal passion necklace.   It took Lycano three years to finish it. Many skeptics and naysayers said that it was a gift to represent Lycano’s love for her, but there has been no evidence of that. Lycano even wrote in his journals that Kenia Sarwarin was like his sister. In fact she ended up marring Lycano’s cousin. Lycano wrote how happy he was that they were able to marry and that the “Gift of the Crystal passions” was to mark the happy occasion.   Lycano also wrote in his project journals about the “Gift of the Crystal passions” but sadly it is one that scholars have yet to decode. He wrote down each section and had each one planed out. He had many notes on what scholars believe are different rocks and glasses. The only thing that they have been able to figure out is that Lycano used some magic to help the stones of the Crystal passion it’s self to glitter and almost glow. 200 years after Lycano’s death they were able to finally discover what cement that he used. There is still a mystery as to how he got the stones he got, the spell he put on them and how he was able to do finish the mosaic in only three years with only him working.
