A classical fantasy world, with magic included, but set after an industrial revolution in their world. Magic based technology is common place in this world, though the conservatives who hate technology is much more prominent. Names in this world hold special or magical powers, using magic requires one to invoke a name associated with the magic used. Laws of physics obviously do not apply the same as ours, and the world is cylindrical instead of a globe.
