In the far South, seasons change more drastically the winter is cold, though not as cold as Northern winters, and the Summers are H-O-T. It’s no wonder humans in the south are investigating science, as this planet would definitely benefit from freezers and AC. Gardening is also difficult in the south, as there is lots of sand and the land is very flat with few rivers or other sources of water. There are some hills, which the locals call mountains, but even they are flat in comparison to the rest of the world.
Luan's Childhood Home
Day 0: Color
“People paint in the brightest hues while others chase down vibrant rainbows searching for treasure. There aren't may world-wide agreements on the use of color. Some places find one color to be unlucky, while others think quite the opposite. In my stories however, red does play an important role in symbolic relation to mortality. Red is the color of blood and is used a lot to show fear. When a pirate ship flies a red flag, that means they don't intend to take any prisoners. Ron always wears red.
In what way is color used and what does one associate with them?”
Day 1: World
“Darkness grows, life falters, a cold settles onto the land.In the far North, where the elves roam free, it always seems to be cold. If anyone were to visit from other parts of the world, they would likely even wear cloaks in the summer. Of course, the Elves are used to the temperature, and they would describe their summers as “Comfortably warm.” The terrain is undesirable, rocky and slanted, it makes gardening very difficult, (unless you have magic, of course), all that grows naturally are prickly pine trees and a couple brambly bushes. (Holy macaroni is “brambly” actually a word? I’m not getting the red squiggly “this is not a word” line) By saying the North is always cold, I am not in any way insinuating that this means the seasons are all the same. By contrast, it changes from cold, to very VERY cold. Although the trees are evergreen, they change to bright white and sparkly as they are covered in snow mid-October ((NOTE: Their month isn't called October, but since I haven't named their months yet, just assume I'm talking about the equivalent of mid-October)) each year.
Describe the Landscape.
How does it change with the passing of seasons?”

Day 2: Heroic
"Stand against uncertain force, show courage instead of fear. They call him Hurricane. That wasn't his name to begin with, but by now, no one remembers what it once was. Legends say he stole his name from a fearsome storm. A storm he once battled, and defeated. But... the legends are ancient, and he... doesn't appear to be even old. So, the questions arise; is Hurricane older than he looks? Is he immortal? Or has the legend passed on from one being to another, another inheritance like the farm at the edge of the kingdom where the Hero lives? These are all questions only Hurricane himself could answer. Too bad he's not very social.
Who, or what, is the hero? Do we anticipate them? Love them? Or do we merely remember what they were?"
Day 3: Predator
"Wolves stalk through snow in search of prey. There are many forms of predators, but the most feared are the ones no one can prove exists; Vampires
Soldiers scour the land seeking the guilty.
Something unnamed lurks under your bed.
Why do they hunt? What is their prey?"
Day 4: Oracle
"Doomsayers, prophecies of the end times, cultists. Inhale the ashes, exhale predictions.Rumors make the world go round. Although there aren't many who can really see the future, it is human(oid) nature to gossip and guess about what may or may not be going on. Whispers of treasure have greatly influenced recent world events, what other reason would people have to brave the risks involved with traveling the world? There are predictions related to the Guardians- Myth says that they are, in fact, very separate beings than "Gods", but if they fulfill their role in this world, they can become Gods.
Who in your world predicts its Fate? What do they say is going to happen?"
Day 5: Infected
"Something is deep inside of us. Something ravenous and fierce, something that will not stop until it lingers within us all.Although it's referred to a "Blood" Lust, this condition, which mostly effects newly-transformed vampires, causes a raging hunger for flesh, bone, and blood alike; Blood Lust
What is it? Where did it come from? How did it get here?"
Day 6: Attack
"The doors shudder and the windows raddle. Raking claws wake sleeping souls. If you live along the coast, pirates could attack at any time. The Serpent
Why are people fearful when the lights go out? Why are the fortifications think and weapons ready?"
Day 7: Crawling
"Flee fate on ragged feet as shadows crawl from eldritch depths.
Dreadful scuttling announces something scrambling from the light.
What is it? From which hole did it crawl out of? What does it want?"
Day 8: Matrimony
"Shadows are darkest where light shines brilliant. The Guardian of the Sky and Air is the Deity who rules over marriage, as he is the only one with a (healthy) marriage. His wife, named Cibil, was a mortal who was granted immortality upon the date of their marriage, when she became Cibil the Pure, The Guardian of Children and Marriage, though she is not worshiped as one of the "Big Three" as she is seen only as an addition to The Guardian of Sky and Air rather than an individual Deity.
Beauty dwells even among horrid sights.
Lives become entangled, then part.
Life and Death. Holy and Infernal. Night and Day. What tales and myths of duality exist in your setting?"
Day 9: Element
"Eye of new, leg of frog, what is the tale that forms this bog?For the most part, Ceilot has the same resources and elements as earth, though there are a few metals that are not (currently) known to earth, and Ceilot has magic, of course. Additionally, Ceilot has a few unique plants, which may or may not be used a resources, and it has a few non-earthly creatures whose scales are strongly sought after for armor.
Stone-by-stone the fort was built.
Beat-by-beat the song is made.
Everything has its base parts. What resources exist in your setting?"
Day 10: Storm
"The plains flood. The horizon growls. The sky shatters as thunder roars.
What storm approaches? What does it bring with it?"
Day 11: Lurking
"I hide in wait. Do I lurk in the shadows, or the light? Or am I in your mind...
...in the little cracks of suppressed memory. What am I?"
Day 12: Villainous
"A curse of the mouth, a swift smiting. A twisting of the soul into something horrendous.
What spirit or spirits could be so wicked? What dark deed has been done?"
Day 13: Defend
"The people hide, like snails in their shells. From what?
Slashing claws and gnashing teeth? Gunfire? Roars? A distant droning?
What could warrant such a fearful defense?"
Day 14: Vacant
"Behind the eyes and in the mind: an emptiness.A vacant abode. The resident left one day and never came back.Luan's childhood home was abandoned shortly after Luan, Lily, and Joe left on their grand adventure.
What empty thing, or place, is this?"
Luan's Childhood Home
Day 15: Feast
"A feast for the eyes, for the tongue, and for the mind. Carnal delight. Bones picked clean. Trees gnawed to their root. Bottles standing vigil over comatose partygoers. A feast can be red, or gilded.
Share a tale of a feast. Humble, grandiose, or macabre"
Day 16: Rites
"Ancient tongues, arcane circles, tests of courage that none pass. Every culture has its rites, some loved and some reviled. The naming rites of Fairy Culture are very beloved by Fairies, and some of their allies have even adopted the tradition; Fairy Naming Tradition
Who performs these rites, and for what purpose?"
Day 17: Fungus
"A killer unseen, spores and despair ebb and flow through the air. Fungal Infections threaten lives and feast on death. They're known for poisons, drugs, and medicines.
What grows in your setting. Why it important?"
Day 18: Poison
"In the drink, in the food, on the lips; spreading agony or swift death, tyrants and traitors alike turn to the cruelest of poisons.
What are they? What sinister effects do they have?"
Day 19: Void
"The beyond, the nothingness, the void.
What is worse: for it to be empty and foul, or for it to be full, infested...
What dwells in void?"
Day 20: Hunger
"Gnawing at you from the inside out, feeding on... your body? Your mind? Your spirit? What is it? How do we kill it? Quickly! Oh god... it's going to leave me hollow!"
Day 21: Swarm
"It teems, it swarms, it comes in droves. Is it under the earth? Does it lurk in the water? Does it take to the sky? What is it? Where did it come from? When does it end?"
Day 22: Treasure
"They all whisper of it. The legendary treasure, they say it's haunted, that all who take it find misfortune.
Who left it?Who can find it?"
