History

The Conspiracy came together for the first time in year 120. However back then they only worshiped the rare bird, the White Raven.

Present Day's

After they made the famous White Raven Quill, they focused their worship to collect the predictions of the quill. It has currently 60 members who are actively collecting predictions, binding them in books and keeping the garden in the Temple of the White Raven. In the temple they also care for sick and injured birds.

Structure

The members are called Ravens, while the leader is called the Old Raven. If somebody wants to join the order, they first have a talk with the Old Raven. To see if they are serious about joining. If he is accepted into the conspiracy, they recieve the title of Chick. The Raven Chick then goes into training for two years. During this training they have a monthly meeting with the Old Raven, to evaluate their progress. After these two years they will have a final meeting with the Old Raven, where they will discuss if this is what the newcomer truly wants. If the answer is yes, they will become a full member of the Ravens and will recieve their white robes. The training consists of making books, medical training, gardening, writing/reading and math.

Old Raven

The Old Raven is the leader of the conspiracy. The leader is selected when the previous Old Raven passes away. When this happens a new leader will be elected from among the willing members with at least 15 years of service under the order. Whoever is chosen will take up the title of the Old Raven and will relinquish their birthname in the proces. You cannot step down from this role and will keep this position until death.

All members wear the white robes, except for the Raven Chicks they wear normal clothing.

Diplomatic relations

Celibacy

The Ravens do not believe in celibacy. After all how can you believe in the future, if there is no one to further out your line. Most Ravens have wives, who are first asked if they want to join. Some off them undergo the training but drop out after their first year. The current Old Raven has two wives and three childeren.
