Decelia

Decelia is the southernmost of the three Luminarna Federation countries that border the Kingdom of Luminara, and the first to leave the kingdom.

History

During the time of Kelandrellian occupation, Decelia was part of Western Luminara. Unlike the rest of the Western Luminaran regions, Decelia was in a constant state of rebellion but was not included in the leniencies granted to Eastern Luminara because of its small size. In the three years before the war, the Decelian Rebels worked with the Eastern Luminaran government to build its army and when the war finally started Decelia was the first region to be taken by Eastern Luminara. After the war, Eastern Luminara was unable to secure Decelia's freedom but continued to help the region until it was able to secure its independence in 968 AnCog and join the Luminaran Federation.

Military

Decelia's military was born out of the rebel forces that brought about its independence. Although the majority of its current force does not remember those days, the men that do keep the story alive by molding recruits with the tales of glory. A Decelian soldier's training is not complete without a full understanding of the Decelian Rebellion and the military tactics it used.
