Khold

The Fleshsmith

While the souls of all living creatures may have been created by the mind of some ancient creature it is Khold who trapped them in flesh. Said to be an outcast god, Khold now has his forge deep in the underdark, beyond the eyes and ears of any living creature. Still, he works tirelessly to give all a body to walk the earth. Some tall, some short, some evil and some good, it does not matter to him. While he has few temples you can often find his image in the many shrines erected in houses of healing. There he is depicted as a large, almost grotesque humanoid with a spectral hammer, formed from souls still waiting to seep into his creations.
