Order of Arcana

An offshoot of the International Council, created following a series of meetings discussing potentially placing rules and regulations on magic, energy manipulation, and spellcasting. The Order of Arcana was erected to oversee the shift of power between those with pure magical blood and those using items from the ever-expanding repetoire of magic-conducting and magic-enhanced tools and weapons. They also wish to create training and research areas dedicated to each school of magic with the help of knighted adventurers. Those wishing to contend to join the Order or their knighthood must renounce all pre-existing titles and become a temporary page of the Order.
They are symbolized by a grey and black pentacle.
