Bel'Sheggorath
Although Aeloah has not returned to his pocket plane in a very long time, he's going to have a nasty surprise waiting for him when he finally does. The Destroyer of Worlds has found his hiding place.
True, Aeloah is powerful, and Candle'Bre is incredibly well warded, so Bel'Sheggorath cannot attack the Realm directly...yet.
What he can do, however, is whisper to its inhabitants and promise them power in exchange for service, which is exactly what he is currently doing.
He's recruiting followers. The folk of the Basin who gravitate to Bel'Sheggorath's banner typically fall into one of two camps: People who are angry and desperate who are willing to do almost anything for power, or crazy people who just want to watch the world burn.
Bel'Sheggorath is perfectly happy with both of those types of followers and he has been carefully and quietly expanding his influence in the Basin. He has also been recruiting in planes that are immediately adjacent to Candle'Bre. Now that the veil between the worlds has thinned and even been sundered in places, it is easier than ever to infiltrate the Basin, and the Destroyer of Worlds is taking full advantage of that. He may not know precisely when Aeloah will return, but when he does, if he is expecting a safe haven to rest and recover in, he will be badly, and perhaps fatally mistaken...
Joining the Cult of Bel'Sheggorath
Some of the Great Old One’s followers simply desire to see the world burn. Others are hungry for the possibility of drinking from the limitless pool of his otherworldly knowledge. Whatever the reason, the great, shambling spirit of the Destroyer of Worlds certainly has no shortage of potential followers. He is beyond dangerous. He is to be feared, as are any who follow him. According to legend, those who wish to invoke Bel’Sheggorath as a Patron must make a blood sacrifice, offering a portion of their own essence in a crystal vial, along with a stolen item containing secret knowledge known only to a few. If this be done during a Blood Moon, and if the Great Old One is desirous of the supplicant’s service, a Primordial Spirit will appear.Divine Goals & Aspirations
The primary goal that the Destroyer of Worlds has set himself to is the breeching of Candle'Bre. Anyone who seeks power from him will inevitably play a role in that. He wants to lie in ambush for Aeloah and catch him off guard, then devour him.

Bel'Sheggorath is a vast entity, horrible and terrifying to behold. It is said that merely glancing at his malevolent form can cause madness and most of his followers eventually do go mad, so perhaps there is some truth to this.
Essentially, Bel'Sheggorath is the sum of every nightmare that every sentient creature has had in the whole of the existence of the Universe. You don't want to meet him. Ever.
