JKR is a shithead and I'm not letting her run me out of most of my childhood just because she has bad opinions on the state of other people's lives. Her books tried to promote peace, unity, and compassion for one another. If she can't get her own message, then she doesn't deserve her own book series. So. They're mine now. Fuck you. I've been rewriting the Harry Potter books from scratch to erase her and her terrible opinions from the world she built, and in doing so found myself creating an entirely new story about magic in America. I think we were all disappointed with Illvermorny's... well, everything, and would have liked to see something far more creative than "It's a magic castle, but in America, and this time we're racist towards native American people!" You would think someone with a wild enough imagination to see TERF rhetoric as any kind of solid argument could have imagined something more interesting, but alas...    So, grab your bug spray, kiss your parents goodbye, and enjoy your stay at Camp Coven!
