The Realm of Irimond
The Realm of Irimond is the known world's largest nation. Comprised mainly of human duchies, united and led by King Aerric Ealdeheart II, it spans a large part of the continent of Adhorin. This human nation upholds strong diplomatic bonds to most of the intelligent races and thrives on trade and commerce, diplomacy and constitutionality.
Structure
Led by a monarchial ruler who is in strong exchange with the cities' and district's ruling councils as well as the dukes and duchesses.
Military
Irimond holds a strong army of infantry, foot soldiers and mounted troops alike. It also has a solid contingent of archers amid their ranks and skilled and experienced officers are the backbone of their army. Irimond's Navy is rather week.
Education
Education is not neccessarily available to all citizens. But even most small farming villages with an amount of families and subsequently children will have a priest, a sage or a scholar situated who will teach basic reading (if not writing) skills and the very basal concepts of mathematics. Just enough to calculate the grain prices for this season. Furthermore these scholars will teach history.
