The elusive guild master of the Sapphire Eyes. Goln Raz is almost never seen stepping into the direct action of his guild and would very much prefer to sit in the offices of his guilds headquarters and direct from there. Goln seems to be very secretive in his appearance, donned in full robes, a mask and gloves. He is the constant object of speculation for members of the guild who have interacted with him. Goln behaves secretarial and when engaging in direct conversation and is very polite.
His mask is an artistic piece depicting a jolly man.
