The University of the Lighted Way

This is the largest university in the Empire, taking up a massive portion of the Intellectual Ward of Armuun. Within its halls, people from all walks attend countless lectures and seminars on virtually every skill or craft based vocation imaginable as well as the more abstract studies that accompany them. The best and brightest Becht reserve their seats here through creating innovations in both the physical and social realms of thought, and leaving a positive impact on the realm will almost always grant one a seat here. The university doubles as a vast research facility housing all manner of inventions and laboratories. There is one of the largest conclaves of Benevolents housed here and the research provided by the gracious financial and material contributions they recieve has taken the fields they specialize in to new heights. From this location, many excursions go out regularly via airship to study the Blight from the safety of high altitude. While this has ended in disaster for a few excursions, the Becht drive for knowledge is belligerent in the face of adversity.
