Cahlia

Cahlia is a world that has something Earth used to have: magic. Merits, or magic-users discovered Cahlia, with Lana Cahlia leading the search. Lana was one of the most well-respected merits of the time. 23 years later, almost all of the merits had moved to Cahlia, and all that lived on Earth were the ciphers, or non-magic-users. Cahlia is full of mythical creatures, magic, and things no one could have imagined. Lately. a cipher named Carlos Hyffle has began building what he calls "cipher simulations centers," or sim centers, in Cahlia. The sim centers were built for merits to experience what it feels like with no magic. To make this possible, Carlos discovered the yulio flower. The yulio flower disabled powers for merits who consume it for 24 hours.
