Private

Like many armies have their privates, so has B.A.R.K., however a private at the agency is different. Even when it is one of the lower ranks it is elite. Its the last step before the "psych evaluation test". The psych evaluation test is the final step to becomes an official agent. If they fail that test they will not become investigative field agents.

The persons that are invited to join the agency are already inside an organisation and they are offered to join. the departing agency will get a financial compensation. The new probabtionary agent is not informed about the real agency until they enter the first 6 months of a minimal three year training course. They are just considered very well trained.

Qualifications

They person needs to be in very good condition and before they are allowed into a 6 month training course before bieng admitted into the 3 year training course. They need to show qualities to take decisions under very stressfull situations. they are tested regular, trained extensivly and are prepped to face the unknown. Only a few have what it takes and from those only a few pass the test.

Requirements

first they need to pass a few physical tests, the same as any navy seal would get. (like running a long distance, swim or mountain climbing) and show teamwork. If they lack teamwork they are still condsidered usefull for a diffferent kind of missions.

Appointment

When a person is showing promise he/she probably already is working his or her way up in the ranks. such person is investigated thoutrougly and then recruited. Organisations like the Navy, FBI and many foreign agencys have protested, but somehow the leading parties seem to come to an agreement if the subject person is willing. Rumours are that large sums of money are traded.

Duties

Privates need to train, study and train more. The last year of their training they are used to support operatives in the field. they are observed, monitored and scrutinized without alerting the agent.

Responsibilities

they are responsible for fullfilling their training and aquiring enough points to do exams. Every person gets his or her personal test.

A private at the agency is a well trained and tested individual that is combat tested and trained in several techniques equivalent to navy seals, red barrets and special forces. They have passed one of the most rigorous physical training in martial arts, hand to hand combat, shooting with various kinds of weapons and train skills in commanding, decision making and planning.

Accoutrements & Equipment

the recruits are given a place to sleep, gear to survive (like compass, hunting knife, sleeping bag and a backpack). if they fail to live up to the standards they will be returned to their original role. They are provided with military grade clothes.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

during the six months they are excused and returned. they keep the gear. after the six months the real training begins and they are informed about the goals. (private military contactor) the final missions are considered tests. when they fail they will not become agents but fill the supportive ranks as soldiers. (very well payed and very well trained.)
