History
Constructed when the humans of Caerul were little more than tribes and bickering warlords, the city has endured much to become what it is today. It has been home to brutal battles and strife and it's militant architecture bears these scars heavily.
Architecture
Made mainly of tough stone, the city was not designed for aesthetic beauty or nicety. In fact, it is built in a crude way of efficiency and military value. It is both a testament to modern engineering and ancient know ingenuity.
Geography
Being built on a series of hills, surrounded by a moat siphoned from the River Rhull, its location is prime for defense and trade. Only merchant ships are capable of travelling the rivers and armies are normally broken on the slopes by plate clad knights. Though the country side and villages outside the main city are a gorgeous view and often remind the average Sardonian just what they fight for.
Natural Resources
Sardon is an area rich in metal, lumber, and pasture for herds of animals and farming. It's hills are full of ore and it's fields populated by fine wild stallions. It does lack many luxuries such as silver, gold and jewels, which are in high demand by the nobility.
