Modern day witchcraft in a small seaside town.   Centuries ago witches made their home in the narrow cobblestone streets of the Old Harbour. The same harbour that is now nothing more than a tourist attraction and a source of fairy tales that no one believes in anymore.   In current times witchcraft isn't established anymore. To most people, witches are either fairy tale creatures or eccentric nature fanatics who took their zeal too far. Witches are neither or both, but they are definitely real.   History repeats itself in strange ways as officials of the local government see the opportunity to expand the city onto the island chain not far off the coast. Something or someone has prevented that during the time of the construction of the city and the chance this will happen again is great. But why?   Meanwhile nine witches spontaneously form a coven and get themselves into more trouble than they anticipated. They get involved in a big scheme and all play a vital part. Fortunately they have taken precaution to hide their identities, even from each other.
