Andartha is the Queen of Devils, and it is by that name that she is known, when her name must be spoken. She is the patron of devils and the ruler of Hell, her words as soothing as they are manipulative. With every contract her devils strike with gullible mortals, her power grows stronger. She is worshiped by warlocks, evil arcanists, and those who seek to manipulate others from the shadows, and it was she who brought the Arcanis Empire to ruin.
The Queen of Devils rules her fiendish hordes from within her fortress in the city of Malsheem, nestled in the depths of Nessus, the ninth and deepest of the Nine Hells. She is depicted as an alluring woman with red skin and black hair, with two horns curling around her head and clad in black clothing. Her symbol is an eight-pointed horned wheel wreathed in shadows, and her sacred animal is the bat.
