Satu Jaine Amoridotter (a.k.a. Old Red)
Satu pushed her shoulder-length, red hair up and out of her eyes before lifting a long-neck bottle to her lips... She sucked a long drink from the bottle then laid her head on the counter, tugging at the collar of her black turtleneck. When she finished pulling on the fabric, her hand fell limply on the wood.
Physical Description
Satu's red hair draws more attention than any of her other features, and she used to let it grow very long. She started cutting it to shoulder-length when she moved to the Mortal Realm to keep it manageable. Her ears have a slight point to them, and her body is slender and frail.

Satu does keep a few items secret from her husband and child. One is a quartz sphere the size of a billiard ball that she uses to focus her divination. She also owns an amulet of binding which she is saving for Kallima. She keeps a small war hammer/pick for personal protection and a silver ring with the Evendial seal engraved in it as well.
Mental characteristics
Satu's parents split when she was five years old, and her mother gave her up. She remained in Orphanage ten years before being taken in as an attendant to Prince Titanus. When she was twenty-one, she left her job and moved to the Mortal Realm. She moved in with Havard, gave birth to Kallima, and later married Havard. While Kali was young, she doted on her, but, once she was in school, Satu felt her life was empty, and Fever took hold of her. She began drinking heavily in self-medication. She succumbed to the illness early in 1994 when she threw herself from a roof.

Personality Characteristics
Satu wants to return home to the Faerie Realm, but her need to protect her child overrides that desire. She also strives for a secure lifestyle where she does not worry about her finances or health.
Satu is a prolific chess player and is quick to learn logic games. In social settings, though, her abilities are subpar.
