Captain Albert 7

Captain Albert 7 of the Third Rock Guards is the current commander of the Emperor's Protection Company. As such, she is completely responsible for the safety and protection of the current Emperor and their immediate family. A highly trained solarian, she distinguished herself during the recent war against the swarm in the Pact Worlds .
What Albert holds most secret is the fact that in her previous incarnation as Albert 6, she was the Captain of a famous pirate vessel that successfully evaded capture while working for the Corpse Fleet. She provided the fleet with many captured ships crews that were turned over the them to manufacture and man their undead ships.
While she does not regret what she did in her prior "life", about 20 years ago she realized that she had reached the peak of what she could accomplish as Albert 6. Balance being an important part of her psyche, she successfully recreated her life as Albert 7 and vowed to take up an occupation where she could serve to protect others.
As with many androids, her name clearly gives away the fact that she has changed her life paths several times, no one knows of the history she carries in her memories. She has transformed herself and is now fully committed to her current life and occupation. She ensures that the troops in her care are well provided for along with providing some of the best protection for the Emperor that a skilled veteran can provide. Her broad knowledge of the various species in her command makes her an excellent choice to lead a unit consisting of many different species.
She has recently considered another incarnation, but has decided to postpone it until the coronation of the next emporer.
