The lowest rank is the newbies, agents who are just in training, then the watchers, agents that deal with the mundane stuff on the paranormal world, dweallers, the ones who are in charge of all the research, freaks, the ones who go to field missions and captains, the ones who take care of all the legal and financial procedured for the agency.

Each country has a laboratory and quarters, both having advange technology, being made in a similar way that any military building would be made, made to hold all sorts of "perks" (powers) and of course, each country has tons of teams that work for the wellbeing of the paranormal world, besides all the needed equipment.

History

Founded by a man called Sila Taggert who was obsesed with the paranormal and had dedicated his life to the investigation of any anomaly, after a decade of finding actual "freaks" and enough evidence, he convinved the goverment of creating the L.S.I and after some research, they founded the A.P.I.P in the mid 20s using some test subjects weapons, that would end up in them using those subjects as soldiers in WW2, and every ally country got it´s own agengy, nowadays, every country has one.
