Everyone expected that the child of Eli and Aura Coulson, both of the smartest telepaths of the A.P.I.P, was born being as intelligent as her parents, and she did not dissapoint, nor did her perk, since nobody expected to see a little girl using her telekinesis to stab someone in the eye with a pencil.

When around people she´s comfortable with, Isla acts really geeky, sort of clumsy, is nice and acts like everyone´s older sister, on missions she acts like the oposite of that but still has the older sister vibes, the only thing she keeps in both cases is the fact that she wont hesitate to speak up her mind when needed and if the situation requires it, probably trow a few punches.
Isla isnpt bossy, but she clearly has some leader characteristics that always show through, like the fact that she tries to improve the way her team works, make an enviroment in which they feel comfortable, she normally is fair and takes full responsability of most stuff.
