King Vortimer of Escavalon

Vortimer was the eldest son of High King Vortigern and Queen Severa. He was king of Escavalon in Cambria and briefly king of Logres.
When his father Vortigern betrayed his mother Severa by marrying the Saxon princess Rowena, Vortimer and his brother Katigern launched a series of rebellions against their father. Vortimer was ultimately allegedly poisoned by his stepmother Rowena and killed in battle.

Vortimer was the eldest son of Vortigern & Severa. He was the nephew of Constantin and the first cousin of Constans, Aurelius Ambrosius and Uther.
Vortimer had two brothers, Katigern and Paschent , and one sister, Scotnoe. He also had one half-brother, Cerdic. He was the uncle of Cadell, Cynric, and Gillomanius.
Through his marriage to Brynmor, he had one daughter, Modrun, and one grandson, Nanteleod.
