Pavic

Pavic is a large city in Harf. It is located in the south-east of the country and is in the middle of the southern wastelands. The wastelands have made it such that there are no smaller cities or towns around Pavic.
The only reason Pavic is as big as it is and is able to sustain itself in the wasteland is due to the slave trade that occurs there. With slaves being completely legal in Harf the lord of Pavic, pengorbanan budak, has been able to expand his influence across the country and has earned a significant fortune doing so.
