Daxia

Daxia lies south of the mountain chain that seperates Filauria The warm weather and ample coast line to the east allows them to have wonderful crops as well as a fantastic opportunity for trade and shipping. Warm air and humidity are the norm in much of this coastal country and the dress and style of the country display this fact well.
A trade driven society with large swaths of it's population living coastal very ocean centered lives. A proud country with a slightly higher than average Dwarven population and very rich racial amalgamations in many of the port cities.

Structure

King - the highest rank overlooks the general country with the aid of his dukes as well as any advisers he might have
Dukes - Dukes are responsible for smaller sections of the country splitting the country roughly into sections based on population
Governer - a position appointed by a duke to keep and emplace rules for specific towns

History

Daxia was a nation before the formation of the unified Filauria. The Country never truly dissolved into the unified Filauria still keeping some of its power structures. After the cataclysm they clung to the power structures in place while they had to focus their efforts on eking a living out of the hostile changing landscape.
The country altered it's power structure and declared themselves an interdependent nation after the cataclysm when they realized no empirical intervention was coming.
