Torment

Hell itself is not Hell in the way most think of it, but rather simply a holding place for dead humans. Within Hell, however, are entrances to Torment, which is closer to what most people think. People will be put in Torment if they were wicked in their lives and wicked in their present as well. They can be removed, but very rarely does this happen within a decade.
