Storm Crone
Ah, a visitor! The Deep Zodiacs fortold your arrival, but I was not expecting one of your kind.
From atop the shattered remains of the Thunderhead Spindle, the Storm Crone rides the lightning. An ancient Harpy like no other, It is said that she wears the dark clouds like a cloak, and bolts of thunder like a shawl. She is the head of the Azure Coven of witches openly defy those loyal to the Court of the Whispered Hymn in a conflict of ideologies.
Though incarnated as a Harpy and still outwardly appearing as one, long Aeons have tempered her Soul into something different. Her tongue is still honed to a viscous edge, but she shows remarkable restraint when compared to her notoriously vulgar kin.
In her long Aeons surrounded by the permanent tempest surrounding the Thunderhead Spindle, the Storm Crone has become adept at weaving the abundant Fulgurites deposited by the violent storm. Her mastery at taming such a volatile material is second to none, and many Souls seek to join her coven in hope of learning such arts.
She has developed an obsession with teas derived from plants from the Khthonika Gardens, and is an expert at interpreting the Deep Zodiacs.
