So you want to know about one of the most gods awful people from Zydra, huh? Alright but you better promise not to run away to cancel your boat trip there, cause one person doesn't mean the entire Realm is horrible, just a little bit horrible.
Anyway, Vladmir is a Draeklyr that came from Zydra, or at least I don't think he came anywhere else. When I first encountered Vladmir, he was only a teenager but he soon became a massive pain in my rear when he grew up.

Mental characteristics

Accomplishments & Achievements

Vladmir's accomplishments, if you can even call them that, are:

• Starting a war between all the Cardinal Realms
• Enslaving and murdering his fellow Draeklyr that didn't follow him.
• Being the only one from the Ly'eah of Chaos's bloodline that openly defied the bloodline
• Killing his mother with his own embilical coard when he was born, but some feat I didn't think possible
Becoming the first person that was numero uno on my "Shit List"

Those are just some of the one I can come off with on the top of my head, but you get the gist of him.

Intellectual Characteristics

Make no mistake for him, as he may be a genocidal maniac, he's a intelligent genocidal maniac. He plotted out where he would strike very carfully that drew my ire, and the ires of everyone else in the bloody Cardinal Realms.
He knew what to in case he did spot me, which was running. He was always one step ahead of me during that entire conflict. He didn't share information to his own officers in case they were captured. He also made sure that he had a full stockpile of Illirium Steel only to himself.

Morality & Philosophy

The man has no morality, he killed and enslaved his own people because they didn't follow one philosophy that he drove into the heart's and minds of his own me.

When I figured out why he was born, it shocked me. He was the product of a ritual that one of the Ly'eaths conducted.

He needed to die so the other Realms could live.
