Hermit Sage Glaze the bore
Born Gladimous Regulan the third Glaze the bore was always a curious child, never satisfied with just one answer, and often wanting to know the reasoning behind the wrong ones and where the wrongness started so that he could figure out how to stop it from continuing, he would often claim. He grew to be able to deliver on that and has persisted in his ways of study and learning ever since. His methods are now taught in schools and home lessons via his instructional books. Furthermore, he has developed most of the study materials and methodologies for many diverse courses of study from beginner to master level. Though some claim his early reading books to be too difficult a start, those who don't give up on them often seem to understand later materials with greater clarity and expediency.
Preferred author of the truly educated and intelligent, scoffed at by the postulating self-proclaimed intellectuals who wouldn't know a fart from an idea, and struggled through by the least intelligent folk, he is still widely respected by the masses for churning out the most useful materials overall. Unbeknownst to most, he also writes under the pseudonym "Pepper Loungeworthy" for fiction and recipe books utilizing a different tone and voice.
Gladimous wears tricloptic trifocals on his 3 foremost eyes (The yellow-orange ones) for his "astigmatism and the like", and has a very "bookish" demeanor. He enjoys lounging while editing his pre-published works, and reworking his old works for improvements for future editions. Although only he knows about them, he owns 10 additional printing presses for his varied genres and only shows his clientele the two he uses for commissions. Materials for more books, and paper making, which he has 20 paper manufacturing plants secreted throughout the Wall's peaks run by dwarves and gnomes, who seek the materials for the manufacturing. He pays them mostly in books and secrets, though gold is also accepted and used.
He is an expert hand at all attributes of his trades and knows the machinery he owns better than most. Many who work for him are also paid in apprenticeships.
