Personal history

Hathokse is born on Soleil Gorge, an elven settlement with parents Doc Ross and Bettie Furrelhorne, both cattle farmers in the Furrelhorne Stead. Throughout his life, he talks to cattle and gain knowledge of the Western Canyon and befriend each animal under the farm. However, because he talks to the cows and chickens, not one kid in the Elven Village would get near Hathokse, though he paid them no mind. On a day like any other, a family of small beings from the outskirts of Soleil Gorge visits the Furrelhorne Stead to buy a cow. A child of the father noticed Hathokse talking to the cow on the stead. The kid was kindhearted in nature and talked to Hathokse directly. Hathokse finds it strange talking to someone who isn't a cow or his parents, but all in all, Hathokse developed a bond with the kid. A kid named Branderson.

Later on in life, specifically in his teenage years, Hathokse overhears the conversation of Casper Irons and his father and knows why he never sees the same cow twice in the stead. Haunted by what he heard, he had said his goodbyes to his friends in the ranch and fled the village. For days on end, he walked on cracked Earth, estranging himself from a society that does such things to his friends. One day, he met his not so bovinely friend, Branderson, asking him to come back. Hathokse's heart dried in the beating sun, how could he return to a town that does that to his childhood friends. Branderson understood his feelings and simply walked with him, slowly watering his heart, listening to him and his wants.

Be it as it may, Hathokse always wanted to be a cow, but to differentiate himself as something else with the will to be strong, like the mighty Taurfolk. Branderson warned him about turning into those creatures, for if he ever wants to return to Soleil Gorge it would most assuredly spell the ends of him. Hathokse paid his words no mind, for he is dead set to never return to the gorge.

Hathokse and Branderson are still together to this day.
