General Skills
Skills that can help improve the general capabilities of a character. There are skills in this section to increase base Vitality, Fortitude and Wound Limit.
Weapon Skills
Weapon skills are purchased once and may be used when wielding any weapon that matches the weapon tag (Blunt, Piercing, Slashing)
Arcanist Skills
Novice Arcanist, Core Skill
Cost: This skill costs 2 Renown
Description: Choose an arcane principle, Elementalism, Necromancy or Zodiac. You can now learn and cast level 1 spells within that principle. Additionally choose 2 level 1 spells from your chosen principle to add to your known spells.
Additional Arcanist skills may be purchased for 1 renown. They are listed in the table below
Alchemical Skills
Alchemist, Core Skill
Cost: This skill costs 2 Renown
Description: Pick either Medicinal, Coating, or Crafting category and gain all fixed recipes. you may now use a Long RP to craft any of the items with the right resource cards using Alchemy crafting rules. Additionally you may now use Potion craft.

Apothecary and Healing Skills
Apothecary, Core Skill
Cost: This skill costs 2 Renown
Description: You may physically rep an Apothecary kit, when you do you gain access to Diagnose, Heal Vitality, Assisted healing, Surgery, and Treatment.
Additional Apothecary skills may be purchased for 1 renown. They are listed in the table below
Blacksmithing Skills
Blacksmithing, Core Skill
Cost: This skill costs 2 Renown
Description: You are able to use a Long RP to craft weapons, shields, and armor. You may pick 3 Forging Techniques and gain an additional forging technique each time you gain a skill with the Blacksmith Prerequisite.

Clerical Skills
Theology, Core Skill
Cost: This skill costs 2 Renown
Description: You gain the ability to consecrate a character with a short RP under any god including yourself. During devotion you draw 1 marble. You can complete Boon trials and gain Boon Blessings.
